90s/Y2K Vintage Stretch La Vida Loca Mini Dress

This late 90s early Y2K mini dress is giving major spice girl vibes. Made of a blue stretchy fabric, it has La Vida Loca across the bust in silver metallic patch letters. Potential Ricky Martin concert Merch? The brand is stop here USA. Side tag has faded but fits like a small to medium. The fabric is very stretchy - see pics. Overall in good vintage condition but there are some pulls to the fabric (see pics) and some minor lifting to the letters.
