nannyharper @hershey011 Good Morning Deb and I tried to run the tape inside the bracelets as secure as I could so that you could see but I would say medium to larger wrist for sure with these or if someone is stacking them. nannyharper @hershey011 Deb look at the pic with the inside ., I did make sure to hold tightly so you had an exact and it looks like closer to 8 inside and I posted on my wrist. I wear or can wear anywhere between 7 1/2 and 8 . I will pull the bracelet shortly and tag you
