It is a shrug so it's technically meant to be layered over other tops but you can wear it over a bralette and it's perfect for festival season. It has beautiful embroidery all around it with layered bell sleeves. It's so pretty. It is very cropped so please see measurements in photos. The cream is almost an off white.
