This ultra rare, timeless dress as seen on Summer Roberts/Rachel Bilson on the O.C. - season 2, episode 5, the SnO.C. Silk dress in light blue, halter style, size M, with silver sequins. One or two sequin may be missing, but those are easy to replace from a craft supply Or you can remove a sequin from the back neck tie part where nobody would see, and replace it. I will leave that all up to the buyer as the neck tie part is adjustable and you can determine exactly which sequin you might want to replace.
