ASOS sheer animal, print dress, or swim cover-up

I’m never sure how to qualify something that sheer this would be a great dress over whatever kind of lingerie you choose, or kind of a cool cover-up over a swimsuit. I’m gonna list it as a dress deeply cut, not front and a double slit in excellent condition.
