There are only two super minor flaws. One was caused (I suspect) when I was moving houses and the other - pre-existing. The first is a couple of scratches on the logo. I think what happened is that the chain strap pressed against it when I packed it for the move and the friction caused this minor defect. I promise it is barely visible. All the other hardware has no scratches. - The other one is a small indentation on the BACK of the bag. It was already there when I purchased the bag. Variations like that are normal for a delicate and soft material such as suede so please keep that in mind. Like I said, it's on the back side and isn't visible. * I will triple bubble wrap the bag when I ship it to you so rest assured it will arrive in the condition described.
