This is a somewhat "vintage" dress in my closet AKA it's one of my favorites. Adorable navy bubble dress with mustard colored straps and waist tie ribbon in the middle. Very flattering on the Chest and waist area. Stretch cotton like material. Tag is missing but I'd like to think it's is somewhere between a size small/small medium
