Agolde Parker Vintage Cut-off Short Denim available in sizes 23 and 24 but I believe this brand sizes down by possibly 1-2 sizes. So, a 23 potentially could fit a true size 24 in general sizing and 24 for 25 etc. Or since these have no real stretch, you may be sized correctly based on body type and/or fit.
