Anne Carson tweed cape with buckles

Anne Carson black red and white tweed cape with 3 adjustable buckles. Fully lined. 72% silk. Does not display size. Not sure if it's one size but would definitely fit like a large. Some pilling but not too noticeable due to tweed pattern.
