Black patent and calf hair buckle. Fun and unique. Adjustable back. Show stopper in good condition. Smoke free. Rare. Vintage. There are light marks on front buckle patent. No major call outs. (NF) I think there was elastic added on each side see photos. I am not 100%. End to end 37.5” Smallest fit to largest 25” - 35.5” There is elastic in each side on the band which will give it a little adjustment in sizing if needing a tad bigger.
