Antique Victorian/Edwardian white lace cotton petticoat skirt

bought this together with a blouse as a set, but I only wanted the blouse, I already have a petticoat. Hope this one will find a good home elsewhere. overall great condition for its age. fits waist 26"-27". looks like the hooks were moved to make the waist bigger (4th pic). there are a couple of pin sized holes (5th and 6th pics), a faint stains on the upper part of the skirt (7th pic) and what looks like a tear that was stitched up (last pic).
