Super cute dress by Arizona Jean Co. Elastic wide neck that could be worn on or off of the shoulders. Falls a little above the knee or right at the knee, depending on height. Textured like material. Lined. There are loose threads. I went through and trimmed them twice, but there could be more. Light wash wear. It's so pretty. I just couldn't let it go to the landfill.
