Biography: Judith Bledsoe (1928 - 2013) was a free-spirited artist from Hollywood who fled to Europe at age 16, seeking artistic freedom. She settled in Paris, where she was inspired by the art and streets all around her. There she discovered her love of printmaking, and worked for several years at Imprimerie Nationale de France, the official print shop of France. She left to continue painting, her enthusiasm reflecting in her art, and drawing much appreciation from the art world. She participated in numerous group and one woman shows, receiving international awards. Her art can be found in many inspired public and private collections around the world.
