Across the back high waist is elastic (front is piping), then above you have a blouson bodice between two lines of piping, with ruche from the neckline to the upper horizontal line of piping. Long puffy balloon sleeves, elastic around the wrists. Back closure via three covered buttons (extra backup button attached near care tag). Round neckline. Floor length on most. USA size 12, Made in India. Pit to pit flat approx. 21.5" ; high waistband across the elastic back, relaxed, approx. 15.75" ; length approx. 57.5" Lightweight and cool, breathable, opaque, not gauzy. Color difficult to capture on screen, it is an army green. This dress has not been worn but has been gently cold-water laundered.
