Asymmetric status print scarf dress

This is a pretty satin status print scarf actually it’s two scarves join together. There’s an asymmetric ham and a halter close that pit to pit measurement aided by the elastic in the front were stretched too 17 inches. The stress is marked at 10 but I’m not sure what that means it’s best going to fit a medium and I’m going to list accordingly. In excellent condition
