@hopeless57 hello! Thanks for your inquiry! Heel is approx 3”, about 3.25”, I don’t think they run small. I’m a true size 10 or EU 40 in Gucci and these were definitely a size 11 in my opinion as there’s no way I’d be able to wear them personally, even if I had tried to put heel pads in.

@hopeless57 I totally understand. I bought these because I do have a pair of kitten heels by Gucci and they’re a 41 and fit fine! Lol I can’t figure it out. And a pair of 40 block heel round toe shoes and some flat loafers are too small and I need at least a 40.5-41. If I can measure them for you let me know!

@glorihodge hi!, this post doesn’t have more room for pics, but when I use a flex. measuring tape + insert it into the shoe measuring from the point of toe inside of the shoe flat against the surface including the arches to back of heel it is 11.25”. If on the outside of the shoe starting at the point and angle it up to the back of the heel, it is 11.5”. from the toe along the bottom of the shoe like flat as if I was measuring it on the ground, the heel lies b/t 9.5- 10” and is probably 10.5”

@glorihodge you’re welcome, this would fit a true US size 11. I am a true US size 10, Gucci size 10 and Gucci size 40 to 40.5 and these were too big for me if that helps.
