These boots are in very good used condition. Barely worn,few minor flaws in wood and a Narrow- Medium disclaimer I wish I didn't ignore.They measure 23" from top to sole with 3.5 " Wedge. A non wide foot will be a happy foot in these boots.

Could the top of these be folded over by chance (is the top lined in the same suede fabric)? I’m 5’3” so sometimes knee high boots are a little too tall. Thanks!

They aren't lined enough to cuff. I also am 5'3 and they hit just below the bend of the knee.
