Gorgeous dress made by BCX. Halter top fit and flare style with zipper on side and bow at waist. Fully lined with lace inset that hangs out at bottom. 100% cotton. White with red polka dots and stripes. Padding in breast area. Measurements are waist lying flat is 15", waist to hem is 24" with 2" lace bottom. It is size 11. EUC with no flaws. *2
