These Binoculars are unique and rare. They have some paint chipping, and the leather strap is broken. No caps. They are made in France by B.K. Elliott Pittsburgh-Cleveland, called "The Pittsburgher" 8 x 26. Heavy wear throughout. I have not tried to clean them. Engraved with original owners name
