Brand new. Never EVER worn sadly. I bought this SO many years back. It's super fab... B.U.T.... I gotta declutter It looks like a "Baker's Boy" or a "News boy" Hat, I'm torn between them. Very well made, not cheap nor flimsy. Made by Chaps. It's 100% acrylic but it's so soft with a gentle look of kitten fur texture + in jet black. Silver hardware. 1 size fits most.
