Is the leather more soft or firm?

@jmaxant Hi! I’ve worn them about a dozen times, so they’re semi-broken in. The legs are pretty flexible, only the waist feels sort of stiff. The leather itself is soft, if you mean the material and not the flexibility. They are all leather so they will get more flexible with more wear, sort of like Doc Martens, takes a while. Thanks!
