msmillicent @xoxthatgirl it doesn’t fit me So I am not a good model. I am out of town but I would be more than happy to measure the waist hip measurement for you. There is stretch to fabric.

msmillicent Just got back into town and measured this tunic. It measures around the waist area about 17 inches and around the hip area about 19 inches. This is without a stretch. Hope this helps let me know if you have any more questions
