mommysales @lvnv hi, the heels were a size 40 EU which translates into a size 10 US which was what you ordered. As far as exchanges goes, that is against poshmark policy since the item was described correctly. I can't provide a shipping label for the return on the exhange unless it's covered for because Posh does take 20% of all sales.
