Bally Men’s Blazer Size on the Tags: SPM 10 44REG/E42 Despite what the tag says the jacket fits more like a 38R. I’m not sure if the sizing is in Italian but this is NOT an American 44REG. That said, it is an awesome blazer. Blazer is fresh out of the cleaners and ready for a new home. Please see all pictures as I’ve highlighted every I would consider an imperfection.
