44% cotton. Speckled black and white boxy sweater with side slits, 3/4 sleeves. Boat neckline, perfect for layering with a collared blouse underneath. Bust is 22” across, laying flat. I’m looking at the collar which has a black lining, is this navy blue and white or black?! It looks black to me but it might actually be navy blue.
