Excellent vintage condition! No flaws. Perfect for fall and winter. Absolutely timeless. I’m sorry I can’t date this one - I would expect it to be 80s based on the buckles and brand. Possibly 90s. Mannequin head has a very small head. I’m sorry I can’t model it without stretching. I have a large head. Fits my daughter as it should - loose - will pull down over the forehead. Heavyweight Metal buckles. Material of those is not noted. Hat is 100% wool.
