This is a New Orleans Jazz Fest mini skirt by Bayou wear. It is a wrap skirt that ties, it has elastic so it stretches at the waist and it also has different buttons to adjust the waist with the wrap (measures 14 inches across, easily stretches to 16 inches). It has 2 pockets. One pocket has a hole inside the pocket (see last picture). The other is intact. Very colorful, it features pictures of jazz instruments. Very fun mini skirt.
