Beautiful Bottom/Pants

Purchased a Poshmark Live Auction. Sold as new, but no brand, just size. It looks like a part of a traditional outfit, but not sure. It is gorgeous embroidered fabric. This one is in black and I also purchased a pair in golden color. I would say it is unisex, but could be wrong. Please see attached pictures for details. Thanks
