This bowl is made from one solid piece of wood that is dried and hand turned on a lathe. This process takes time to complete with the drying between steps so the bowl doesn't split. It would make a wonderful centerpiece filled with decor. or is very durable and food safe for practical day to day use. Clean with mild soapy water, rinse, and dry. Measures 11 x 3 inches.

zinny_zen1 @asahoak It has never been used for chopping. It is a work of art that could be displayed on a dining room table. It can be used for serving but not sure I would chop on it. Thanks for your interest.
