Black Asymmetrical cowl neck Dress

💢Newly Reduced💢Size med, spaghetti strap with slight cowl neck. Material jus falls little flowy at neck line. Straight fit but not super tight. 3/4 length slightly layered ruffle tiered at bottom back is jus slightly longer than front. In good condition. Worn twice.
