Black Express‎ Ruffle Neckline dress size 2

Black Express Ruffle Neckline dress size 2. I got this dress over 14 years ago. I’ve kept It ever since in the hopes that I would be a size 2 again- but I definitely am not. I’ve kept It so long because it’s the perfect little black dress. I’ve worn It for graduations, and job interviews (with a jacket). You can take the buckle off or you can keep it on I happen to like It on. I had It fry cleaned, but I can’t take great pics of It for some reason. The first photo is just a stock photo just to get the idea of it on since it doesn’t fit me. Good condition!!
