Black Sheer Blouse

This top is black and sheer with a velvet like textured print all over it. It has a cotton tank underneath. It is brand new with tags, but there are some fuzzies from storage that is common with this fabric. The picture makes it look like there are far more fuzzies than are actually noticeable. Part of one tag is ripped off. This would look great with a pair of jeans or dressed up! Smoke free and pet free home.
