Black chiffon and silver beaded dress

Velvet brand, Worn twice only, says XS but fits fine as small (my size). Purchased from a designer sample sale in Dallas, dress is black chiffon with silver beaded detailing at bust line. A-line hem that hits above the knee, flowy shift that is longer at back. Sold with matching fabric belt that can be worn with or without belt (see pictures). Super cute for summer as fabric is breathable being chiffon. Only selling because I never seem to wear and I have a closet full of clothes.
