Black felt hat by Claire's great for cosplay costume or art Halloween steampunk

This is a black unisex hat from Claire's. Great for a costume or cosplay to add to, I got it for a project but just haven't gotten to it. So many possibilities but needs a clean as it's felt and of course hat and things stick to it. Was going to be used for steampunk project.
