These black skorts were tried on once then washed. Front waist is a bit lower than back. Super cute for concerts, fitness, or day to day. The skirt is soft and flows and fairly opaque- people may not notice it is a skort right away. The under shorts are very comfortable. 13” waist when laying flat but with a lot of stretch. 9” rise in the front but stretches to 10-11”.
