Blouse Long sleeve. Has ties at top near collar. Has 1 button on front then goes into a piece of material covering the rest of the buttons. There are no tags, I'm guessing this is handmade quite well. The length is approx. 20 inches long, It is either polyester or silk. Has silvery blue background. Has small oblong pattern. The size looks like a sm/med. Made in the 60s/70s. Vintage. Has cuffs and a buttons on bottom of sleeve edge.
