Blue & Clear Gemstone Adjustable Tiara Bridal Crown

Decent tiara. Metal. Has some weight to it. Has adjustable band. No missing stones that I can see band is curved in the front and sides. Hard to show that. Front measures approximately 3 1/2 inches at its highest. Does have some tarnishing due to age and having been in storage.
