Blue Knit Dress Size Small Petite

Day to evening dinner dress suitable for the office, yet suitable for an evening engagement. This dress is a size small and is form fitting. It's 95% polyester and 5% spandex, gently used. This long-sleeve dress falls just below the knees and gathers at the waist. I will work on a better photo.
