4 for $20 Blue Plate Midi Dress

NWT! Reposhing this item I purchased from @jessbelieves. I love the colors of this dress, however, this style does not compliment my shape. It's a lovely Empire waist, lightweight, 3/4 inch open sleeve w/detailed sleeve, waist & features a lace-up at the bust, see pics! PTP is @ 20 & @ 41 inches from shoulder to hem.
