Blue Ruffle Collar Dress Alt ASO Blair Waldorf on Gossip Girl

This is a navy blue alt version to the orange blouse that Blair Waldorf played by Leighton Meester on Gossip Girl wears. The dress is in good used condition. The collar is beautiful. Due to the silk fabric, there are some pulls throughout the dress and some loose threads. I took as many pics as I could but you are limited as to how many you can post. Keep in mind this is a vintage dress. Due to the color of the fabric, they are hard to see. I wore this dress only a few times.
