Blue Splatter Design. The plate is by Roma

The Pattern is Sponge Blue by Roma. This plate was handmade in Italy. It is beautiful. There’s no chips or scratches. Looks brand new. There is a pretty good dip in the middle so I’m thinking it’s more like a possible bowl. measurements diameter is approximately 10 1/2 inches round on the top. The bottom is 5 3/4 inches the plate is one and 1/4 inches high depth in the middle of the plate is approximately 1/2 inch.
