Blue Velvet Dress w/new White Tights size 3T

Beautiful blue velvet dress in size 3T. This garment is pre owned and in like new condition. It was purchased from The Wooden Soldier which specializes in upscale clothing for children. The fabric is 100% cotton and is machine washable. The zipper in back is fully functioning. There are no flaws or odors. The color is closest to a muted cobalt blue. I am including a pair of white tights in size 4. Super sweet dress for the littlest angel!
