@ncarter66 I believe they are natural. I never heard of lab created blue topaz. Usually emeralds, rubies and sapphire. I bought them at littman’s many years ago. I’m parting with them because I don’t wear them. My husband bought me diamond hoops a couple of years ago. And they are all about wear now!
