Boutique dress. Originally $297 size 10

Such a cute dress. I bought it at a boutique on clearance because it needs to be sewn I thought it would be so worth it unfortunately the dress did not fit me. There is a small area about 2 inches it needs to be sewn it looks like an easy fix for someone this'll be a great deal.
