Boys black dress shoes toddler 9 formal sneakers

Boys black dress shoes in a toddler size 9. There is a bit of elastic at the sides when you pull them up to put on to allow the foot to slide in a little easier despite it being a formal shoe. There is some wear on them and scuff marks. I included as many pictures as I could.
