Brand new!! NWT Forever 21 black one shoulder ruffle dress with silver sequins size 2X. The dress is stretchy & is fully lined. It is a one shoulder style with waterfall ruffles down the left side of the dress. The edges of the ruffles have sparkly silver sequins all down the side. The dress is longer and falls a little bit above the knee.
