Brand new with tag red bottoms heels- Authentic

Tried them on once. 39 1/2 but they run small i am a size 8 and these fit perfectly fine. 4" heel no scratches, no scuffs. There is a small line inside not sure what its from (visible in pics) will include box. They are mesh
