COACH 1941 Hair Calf Rogue 31 In Wild Beast Print

Released as part of Coach’s Fall 2017 runway capsule under Creative Director Stuart Vevers, during the brand’s revival of luxury craftsmanship and Americana storytelling. Her leopard print is made from genuine haircalf leather — not printed suede or embossed — giving it incredible texture and depth. She’s paired with rich black glovetanned leather trim and signature brass hardware, the bag exudes classic-meets-bold luxury. The Coach carriage hangtag in black leather and gold metal was exclusive to high-end Rogues from this collection. The Hair Calf Rogue 31 from this era is crafted with heavyweight brass hardware, full glovetanned leather trim, and the Coach 1941 black-and-brass hangtag — all of which were phased out in later years to reduce costs. Coach used authentic haircalf leather, which is costly and labor-intensive to produce. Each panel is unique due to the natural grain and dye process. Because of the material cost, Coach limited how many haircalf bags were made per season, and this particular leopard pattern was not reused in future releases. As of 2025, fewer than a handful of this specific Rogue appear on the resale market at any given time — and most are missing original straps, hangtags, or have visible wear.
