CREATURES OF THE WIND Virgin Wool Runway Sweater Red Gradient Plaid V-Neck Small

This ski-style sweater is a spectacular piece from the sensational FW16 runway collection of fashion house Creatures of the Wind. This gradient grid/plaid pattern is one of their signature designs, here in a textured red, white, and black 100% virgin wool sweater. The grid is smaller at the top and larger at the bottom. A red narrowly-ribbed trim outlines the plunge v-neckline and looks like an on-the-down-low racing stripe under each long sleeve. The fabric of this sweater is especially unique; it's a very tightly woven textured knit of fine wool that is super stretchy plus thick and substantial (see the inside in photos) but not fuzzy or bulky like you might expect a wool sweater to be. The silhouette is fitted and athletic. It's difficult to capture on camera how special this sweater is; the knit fabric is a marvel and identifies as cutting-edge as soon as you touch it.
