Cabela’s Black Zip Jacket Large Reg Believe Men’s? Sleeves Run Short (Shrunk?)

Cabela’s Black Zip Jacket Large Reg. I bought this second hand for my husband and they said it was Men’s but I’m not positive if it is or not. My husband normally wears a large jacket and the sleeves were too short on him. Possibly it wasn’t dried on a low temp as the care instructions state and it SHRUNK? I’m unsure so please see my rough approximate measurements for help with fit. I feel it can be worn by anyone it fits. This is used and shows all over wear with imperfections since it is used. Bundle with other items from my closet and only pay 1 shipping fee up to 5 lbs packaged. Colors may be off because of lighting.
